what size of a turbine did you use??????

    muffler Spintech Pro Bullets, 4" oval
    what rpm does it spool* we expect 7-8# by 23-2400 rpm

    37 psi back pressure
    20 psi boost
    Spooled @3000 rpm
    424 track hp, 91 octane + torco, blowing through a converter from a 900hp/720tq BBF that true stalled @4700 rpm.

    Current turbo:
    Ebay Gt45 68mm comp inducer, 77mm turbine exducer, t4 1.05 a/r
    H.D. Manifold 2.5" back to rear mount turbo, 4" downpipe
    29 psi back pressure
    20 psi boost
    Spools @ 3800 rpm
    Estimated 450 hp, 700 tq, 91+torco

    Much cooler intake air temps with the Gt45.

    You built what I'm wanting to. I've polished my head and have a set of duel outlet cast manifolds to mount maybe a set of turbos to.

    Sounds potent, keep up the good work!

    make- Ford Boss 302 8.2 deck with Callies Magnum crank, Oliver rods. 10.5 compression.
    c.i.d.-363 3.4 stroke x 4.125 bore
    heads-TFS Fox Lake stage 3 high ports, shaft rockers
    cam specs-tight lash .800 solid roller custom with limited street
    max rpm-8200 high gear crossing, normal shift 7500
    turbo used-T04 flange custom race housing from Forced Inductions. For T4 class races. Ported housing.
    twin/single single
    turbine wheel custom from Forced Inductions
    turbine housing AR T4 custom 1.25 original AR
    manifolds Super Victor EFI
    headers- tube size,collector size 1.75/3 B&G to collector. Home made after collector including merge.
    cross over tubing size 2.75
    pre-turbine pressure 45psi@28 psi boost
    PSI boost 28 psi in intake after water/ice intercooler. Air temp 40-50F start pass, 80F max end pass
    back pressure 1-3 psi. Hard to measure.

    muffler none has 4" aluminum tube to back axle with turn down at rear. Open 1.75 inch waste pipe.
