I have often contemplated making my own core support as well. Seems simple enough for our cars.

Love to lose weight at a high polar movement in the car.

 

That's why I got rid of mine as well as converting to rack and pinion. With the 6" of extra engine setback in my car and the spool, it pushes the front end in a gravel parking lot now. Should hook on the street, or at least I hope so.

Been way to long for this post. Incredibly emotional ride to get to this point but it’s almost done. Wish it happened sooner. Wish you could have seen this Brandon. In loving memory of my son, got to drive it on his birthday. Bitter sweet.
