i tryed that already.i have the AEM tru boost controller and was running it just off the wastegate which is about 8.7 psi so i turned on the AEM boost controller and i raised the duty cycle little by little from 45% which was about 11psi and then raised it up to 65% which is about 14.5 psi and didnt feel much difference at all.

i would think with the much boost i would feel the increase in power also would think it would blow the tires off it but it dont.i know i have goos suspension and 325/50/15 DR so that helps but i would still think it would blow the tires off it.

i have a 3.73 gear which i need to switch out to a 3.27 could that have anything to do with the fact i dont feel a big increase when i raise the boost up.i know people say the 3.73 wont load the turbo the way the 3.27 will

just got off the phone with edelbrock and they are telling me its not valve float they said if it was valve float it would make a loud pop kinda like a back fire which its not doing.

Does the aem run off % duty cycle, if it does 65% is a lot of duty cycle to achieve a 6lb increase. Did you visually see 14psi or you think it should be 14. You really need to get a backpressure reading, this can cause the gate to be forced open that the controller can not overcome.

I have had valve float with no popping, power just flatlined.

yes it runs off duty cycle and also crack pressure aem told me thoese are the 2 setting i need to play around with.im making 8.7 psi on just the wastegate.with aem controller on and 45% its making around 11psi it takes 65% duty cycle to get 14.5 psi

I agree about springs. I also had float that just seemed to flat line.
no popping just no more power.

X3 on the valve float....... there are builds on this board that have picked substantial hp without changing anything other than springs.
If you do the math, a 2" valve with 14.5 psi against it is = to 44 lbs of force, and a 1.5" valve with say 20 psi is = to about 35 lbs (not exact science, but you get the point). A backpressure check would shed some light on this as a problem as well.
