    A couple updates.

    Dropped the car off at the fabricators to do the cage. Pretty stoked about that. Gonna do chromoly, with a x brace in the back n some kickdowna under the seatbelt bar. Installing a extinguisher too.

    Bad news,

    The Gen 7 took a crap again.. Thinking about switching to the Holley.

    x2. I am currently planing on going this route with my third gen and LS combo. My take is that for the price of HP or LSedit I can get all the MS3 and MS3X for less.
    May change my mind later.............

    Kickin the idea of ms3. But not sure if I wanna go that route. Anyone know of any major differences between the 1 and 3. Denmah seems to always run the 1. I would like to run mine in seq and not batch. And use a signal from the MSD pro billet for cam. And crank trigger for spark. Is this possible? Anyone have any good links?

    I'm considering the MS3. But I'm not fully convinced yet!! Denmah seems to use the 1 all the time, with great luck. I wanna run seq, and trigger the cam sync via the MSD 85551 with 7 teeth removed. Is this possible? Has anyone done it before with any luck? Then ill purchase a crank trigger for ignition.

    The ms3 is nice and has a ton a extra stuff. Im planning on going that route with ls1 coils on my sbc. The ms1 works great but has been improved a bunch since then. I have a ms2 unit im putting on my lt1 camaro that might see boost some day. Im liking the project so far. As far as using the 85551 with 7 teeth removed thats a commin mod for sequential on the ms units.

    So is it pretty easy to hook up the cam sync to the ms3 any links to someone that's already done it?

    Id say if your running a stock style dizzy with a computer controlled curve, buy an MS2 and a Harness and be done

    the simple easy cam sync is to buy a vortec distributor for $60 it puts out a signal that is the same as a ls1 360 on 360 off the ms is very happy with that.

    Heard back from Accel, they're gonna replace the ECU. SWEET!!!! I have the car back home too. Cage is done. :)

    Now, new ECU installed and NO MAGIC. I'm thinking its not uploading the tune. Do I have to update my software? Getting tired of this crappy gen 7 letting me down all the time. I'm really thinking CSU right about now.
