    My son's project is a Mk1 2 door 1964 Cortina ..

    4.0 turbo engine.. Here with T04Z.. Latter assembly is forged Spool rods,
    C.P pistons, mech cam with just over ,600 lift. S480 T4 with 1.10 A.R..

    4" stroke and turbo.. These engines make massive torque..
    An easy 500 RWKW / 670 RWHP with over 900 NM..
    On 15Lb boost..
    On 22/ 26Lb should push this little Pommy Cortina along quite well..
    Fun with short wheel base...

    Daily Driver?: sometimes depend on the weather
    Boost: 21 PSI
    Fuel: 60 lbs injectors, Megasquirt ms2 extra v 2.2
    Intercooled: Huge powerstroke A2A
    Intake: Stock ported manifold, Gutted ported and rotated stock ford
    Head: Stock cam, ported head
    Rear end: 85 SVO with 3.73 limited slip
    Air Conditioning: gone
    Power Steering: hell ya

    Car doesnt look anything like a pace car anymore due to funds for paint and body work so I painted it yellow outside my house and modified a 83 mustang front for a different look.

    Oh and the engine is fresh as I just cracked the #2 piston, PO replaced the factory forged dished turbo pistons with cast pistons.

    Fueling: stock
    Dyno results: Old = 230whp / 215wtq, New = ??? / ???
    Track times: Old = 8.29 @ 86mph / 12.93 @ 105mph, New = 7.74 @ 93mph / 13.22 @ 78mph (letting up half track)
    Daily Driver?: Yes. 25-30 miles a day

    The new numbers should be coming soon. The old numbers were with the stock head, stock cams, and stock intake manifold. It now has a Cosworth manifold, Crane stage 1 cams, and ported head. It's been running 12psi for over 50k miles (68k total miles) on the stock cast bottom end.

    some 16 years later she’s still with me. i had to replaced second gear twice. it was at that point i decided i would hold on to her for good. drive safe

    Dyno results: 195 HP, 175 ft/lbs torque at the wheels at 8.6 PSI

    Daily Driver?: Could be, but I own 6 cars.
    Street Legal: Yes
    A/C: Yes
    Power Steering: Yes
    Sound System: Yes
    Gas Mileage: Still great at 32-35 MPG

    I have been running a T4 TO4B Super V on my 2387 vw bug , an excellent turbo . My new turbo is a GT3576R double ball bearing and a T4 turbine . IMHO If I were going to run a T3 on your 6 cylinder engine I would consider a GT3582r rather than the Super v .
