    My new turbo dodge!!

    The few people that I have heard that use the sosge turbos use them just as they come off the truck.

    The new series trucks don't use he same turbos as the old HY and HX. They use a HE300 series. Althought I don't know the housing size. Not trying to dispute anyone just saying I have heard the HY and HX terms being used on these trucks.

    Direct from the holset site.

    The 5.9 litre Cummins 600 OHV Inline 6 cylinder is fitted with the Holset HE351 turbocharger which allows the engine to deliver more power and more torque than its MY03 predecessor despite having the same turbocharger envelope size. This is the first Holset turbocharger to utilise the compressor cover mounted '˜Command Valve' wastegate technology.

    Well a year later the Holset is on! I used a Bullseye housing to make the swap so it would spool faster.This will be a monster when I swap computers.

    It pretty much rendered 1st & 2nd gear useless with out a set of D/R's :eek:

    Well it went 13.88 @ 98 on the stock boost level (14 lbs ) :chacha: I've got it turned up to 25 lbs now but it just blows through the clutch with the DR's on :bah:
