For a stone stock 351 long block, that is awesome!

A friend of mine was looking over your timeslip and noticed almost 24mph on the back half. It is putting more on the ground than I ever expected with those heads. Just a set of trick flow 170's and an alphabet cam would pick up at least 100hp over your current combination. Very impressive what stock crap will do.

    thanks guys!

I bought a used tfs 2 cam I am just waiting to see what I wanna do with the heads. I would like to use some TEA 205cnc tw heads but i might just get some out of the box 170s from summit and put some springs on them

Tony Reniers went high 8s on OFTB 170s on a stock truck shortblock besides main/head studs and rod bolts.

That being said, go as big as you can afford on the heads and intake.

Remember , dynos are just tools. The track is the real proof!

congrats, its always a guess running the dyno with an auto..

very nice results..for some reason I was thinking you had a set of aftermarket heads on it..looking back, darn its a stock long block..you are doing really well !

must be a good feeling, especially after fighting the ms system for awhile

The 190 street ports are $1650

They 190 and 205 comp ports cost the same. $2000

.. $2100 for comp ports and ti retainers

I considered the 205s but didn't want ptv clearance issues

Look for used heads. You should be able to get a decent set for 1000-1500

iv been looking but no luck so far. all the used heads seem to end up within a couple hundred of what a new set cost

If a small weight gain is not a concern a set of ported Windsor Sr's are pretty good and pop up from time to time.
