    What's up Alex!
Did Willie get his car back together yet?
I'm heading out for some testing when I get back from the Juliet race this weekend.. Going to try to get into the 1.2s 60' off the foot brake if the track will hold it.. It's been pretty shitty with all this rain!

Little update, I got a email from lilJohn stating that my turbo might be done by the end of this week. Which is great news, I can get my headers started sooner than later.

I also have a 12 tooth crank wheel coming to me, big thanks to Cal Hayward for that. I'm making the switch over to a crank trigger. My tuner is going to modify the epm to run this set up.

Next month there will be a pic and sentence saying "I thought my 84mm was big." We all know where this road goes. Look great man!

Don't try and keep up with Mike, I think he has 4 or 5 new turbos in his garage.

    Lolol
Nah not next month maybe next year. I'm about to keep the damn turbo. I hate putting shit for sale, its a pain in the ass.
I was going to let a friend have it for his build but he wont be able to use it.

Jersey Mike = Turbo Pimp

Car looks great. What size turbine outlet, 3 1/2" or 4"? I always preferred forward facing, but routing a 4" DP adjacent to the firewall appears to be quite the challenge with everything else going on back there.

I had a 4" dp before, it was tight but it fit. The new turbo is a 5" dp lol
To keep things simple i'm probably going to leave it forward facing and just neck down to a 4" like before. My idea was to make a channel on the firewall for the 5" but after mocking things up, I would need to make a channel on the strut tower also and I'm not going to do that. I wanted to stay 5" but its looking like too much of a pain in the ass.

We welded the hole up in the firewall and then beat it with the BFH. True Street rules don't allow modifying the firewall so I opted not to cut it and modify it. There are some guys here on the turbo forums that did nice work sectioning the firewall and building a path for it. Once built mine fits pretty well now, was just a PITA to get it right.

I don't think a 5 inch pipe would make it through there with an SFI trans bellhousing and the area where the k member mounts.

Yup thats what I was loooking at yesterday. I really dont want to complicate this so I guess I'll leave it 4" like before.
