    intake is coming along. it is so hard to weld between the runners.

    One thing I did notice is head bolt holes. When do you plan to add those?

    Damn I Soooo want to make one of those for mine. But it has to stay on the "someday" list for now.

    Looking bad a$$.

    Mount it up preferably with some old used already compressed gaskets to confirm hole locations. Small variences in their thicknesses will change location of how it mounts quite a bit.

    yes i will. thanks for the good advise. i want to let viewers know before welding the flanges on to the valley section piece, you need to clamp a steel bar to the flanges with a thin piece of metal in the middle other wise the flanges will warp on you.

    there is 476 cu. in. in the plenum. 476/410=1.16. not to bad.

    looking better every day---- folks at autorama will say "I've seen this car before" ---- then upon inspection see the continued cool changes

    FWIW- I was reading a thread on the bullet the other day and some guys that build billet intakes were saying a 1/2" radius on the inlets is what they prefer. I thought that was interesting so I figured I'd share. It seems like you're have way to much fun building this thing. :)

    yes I did add some extra aluminum to the top of the runners and radius them. and yes I'm having too much fun building this intake bought me a new small flexible head TIG torch that made a big difference with welding.
