    The Truck:

Motor is mostly stock 351w. Plan for AFRs and a cam later this year.

    The plan:

    BW S366,.91 AR Housing
    BBK 1 5/8" shorties,2.5" hot side
4" DP, steel in the motor compartment, alum back to the axle
    Vibrant Alum Muffler
    Precision Gate
    Turbosmart BOV
    Treadstone IC
    3" cold side

Aeromotive Phantom Flex pump in the rear tank
Braided SS lines to Professional Products rails
    Holley 66 lbs/hr injectors
    Aeromotive regulator

Truck already has Holley HP on it,so tuning won't be a prob.

    Some of the goodies:

    Got the IC mounted.

Aeromotive pump mounted. Like this thing, looks like it'll work well.

I used the original engine mount perches and connect them to the crown Vic perches to keep everything in the stock location.

The pictures I attached are not from my truck, but from Scot McMillan first gen lightning, he had better pics then I had.

Thanks for the pics. It does look like the Outcast ones won't work without some changes. I have an idea or 2 ,we'll see when I get into it.

      CV swap under way.

So far have removed 393lbs from the truck, the complete CV weighs 235lbs, so I'm liking. Going to do a glass hood/front bumper to loose more front weight, hopefully another 50-70lbs,we'll see.

Got frame rails stripped down and ready.

How do you connect the steering shaft to the rack?

      Just to be clear:

Total removed 393lbs, add back the CV 235lbs = 158lbs. I guess the Wilwoods and coilovers helped me save a few more pounds.

Glass hood/bumper should easily put me over the 200lbs mark. All from the FRONT of the truck!

This is really cool. I've got an 88 van that I've been thinking about doing the panther suspension front suspension with cobra IRS in the rear. I already have an irs in my turbo fox. I'd love to get this big ole creeper van down low with a decent turbo on a 351 based build.

A few progress pics. Had to butcher up the frame to get the crossmember forward enough.

It's close to being in the right spot. Ride height isn't correct in these pics.

      Wow!
What a difference seeing A arms in there! Almost looks out of place, you really would have to look close to see that it’s an f150 from underneath. Looking forward to your review on the swap. Nice job Brian.

      Coming together nicely!
Where did you get those lower control arms?

The control arms are from FatMan. They're 1" shorter than stock CV arms.

Are you using Dave Held's CV swap kit?

Very nice. A buddy of mine was eyeballing that kit the other day as a possibility for his '95.

Plates and crush tubes tacked in place. Bolted to the frame for the first time.

What size is the back turbine wheel of your turbo? Sorry if I missed it.
