    The Truck:

Motor is mostly stock 351w. Plan for AFRs and a cam later this year.

    The plan:

    BW S366,.91 AR Housing
    BBK 1 5/8" shorties,2.5" hot side
4" DP, steel in the motor compartment, alum back to the axle
    Vibrant Alum Muffler
    Precision Gate
    Turbosmart BOV
    Treadstone IC
    3" cold side

Aeromotive Phantom Flex pump in the rear tank
Braided SS lines to Professional Products rails
    Holley 66 lbs/hr injectors
    Aeromotive regulator

Truck already has Holley HP on it,so tuning won't be a prob.

    Some of the goodies:

    Got the IC mounted.

Bigger turbo is a lot heavier so I added a brace:

I'm liking the brace... What's with the narrow directionals in the background of pic 2?

Just mounted those up on my F350. Michelin XL Military tires. 36" tall, 9.5" wide. Had single 38s on it, trying to get it a little lower.

This such a nice ride. What tire are you running on the back now? Nice F 350 by the way.

2 very cool projects. I'm about to run the Good Year 37x12.5x16.5 bead locks on a rat rod International build.

The weather was nice enough to start it up, so at least I can say it's back together and running. The streets will be nasty/salty for a few more months around here, unfortunately.

Great build! Just curious what transmission you are using? I am thinking of doing similar build with 93 reg cab flareside. But has 351w with E4oD. I've used Holley efi For LS builds but I do not think they have a transmission controller for E4OD.

Thanks. Trans is an E4OD,controlled by a US Shift Quick 4 controller.

Ok thanks for info. I did look at that option and might be the direction I go. I was considering swapping in an ls with 4l80e since I have one in the garage and could use Holley ecu to control. But think it would be nice change to play with what the truck has. Working out the cost for going either direction. I thought I should share since it looks like you are into black ford trucks! Black flareside I would like to do prostreet style like yours.

Been on a few test runs. Either my gate is on the small side or priority into it isn't is good as I thought. With the smaller turbo,on a 9psi spring I was hitting 10-11psi. Went with a 7psi spring for the first runs on the 72mm and maxed out the 2 bar map! Got into some detonation also so I didn't stay in very long. Installed a 3 bar map and scaled the the tables to 20psi and so far have hit 18.8psi and survived. Have the water/meth working and got the timing right,so no more detonation. Still don't know if boost is going to level off or not because it's too dam fast to stay in it long enough on the street.

All welded, but not enough heat wrap to finish. Got some ordered. Installed 6psi springs in gates, thinking holding it that low shouldn't be a prob.
