Looks like your headers got a little tangled up, I hate it when that happens! The fab work is top notch. Makes me want to tear my turbo setup a part and re do it!

Wow !!! Nice to see cars from other parts of the world. Excellent craftsmanship. :2thumbs: I hate to say it but your work is better then the rest of the work done on the car. Its almost a shame you did not start completely from scratch. Still Very Nice!!!

I have a question, on the motor mount plate tabs on the frame rails. Why didn't you put the tabs behind the plate so when you put the motor in you can slide it back to the transmission instead of having to lower it behind those tabs? Just curios.

    ´Thanks :D
I started building on a Volvo 142 -73, but found this car forsale and just loved it, and I thougt it would be less work on this one :stupid:
I will test the car and chassi as it is right now, and maybe build a new tube chassi winter -09 if it don't satisfi (spelling?) me.

Thanks. I'm from south of sweden. What caind of company is that?

 I can say that thats nothing i thought about, really stupid acctually. But its no problem to put the motor in now, but you are right it had been much better.

Thanks everybody for the good words.

I have finnisht up my new turbo collector and milled the flange straigt also. Some pics will come soon.

Thanks again guys. No ihave made som progress.

    [IMG]#ad

Reseved a package from Darin at RPS with some nice stuff. V-band assembles and som alu pipes :) Exhaust and intake piping.

    [IMG]#ad

    [IMG]#ad

Started the merge to the turbo from the headders.

    [IMG]#ad

    [IMG]#ad

Here is the other pipe tack welded, looks pretty nice i think.

    [IMG]#ad

Made a mounting bracket to the turbo.

    [IMG]#ad

    [IMG]#ad

Here's how it turned out with the turbo in place.

    [IMG]#ad

Started to thinking out the design of the pipes on the hot side of the IC. V-bands are nice

    [IMG]#ad

Also started to make the IC tanks. My brother helpt me with the sheet metal bending.

    [IMG]#ad

The hot side tank started to take shape.

    [IMG]#ad

And also the cold side. Need som piping and so on :)

Needed a cone from my TB to the pressure piping.
    [IMG]#ad

Took a litle bit of aluminium :stupid:

    [IMG]#ad

Found a really nice 2.5" spiral core drill :2thumbs:

    [IMG]#ad

    [IMG]#ad

    [IMG]#ad

Not much material left when it was done :chacha: Also tack welded the elbow together, and found out that it all will be under the hood :D :chacha:

The transmission mount is also done.
    [IMG]#ad

    In place for some messuring.

    [IMG]#ad

    [IMG]#ad

    Made a simple solution.

    [IMG]#ad

    All for now guys. :D
