I think if I saw it all totaled together I'd probably faint. The truck was bought brand new in February of 03 and most everything has been around the usual pricing, just some smart shopping here and there. Suprisingly, the motor cost me less than a built 2v longblock from any of the popular lightning vendors. :D

Yeah, you never want to add up your project receipts. I used to keep tabs on that kind of thing several years ago, but I soiled myself more than once when I saw the totals, so I just stopped doing it.

Does anyone know the dimensions on the actual i/c core dimensions that ford uses in the gt. I would love to upgrade mine on my 04 cobra.

Here are the latest pictures, the paint on some of it is just temporary to prevent rust. It's pretty much set with the exception of the crossover pipe, it's going to move so there's more clearance with the a-arm mount. Should be finished up pretty soon.

    Wow
I've always wanted a white Lightning, and I love what you've done/are doing to that damn truck! From the looks of it, I wouldnt hesitate to guesstimate 800rwhp . That thing is gonna be killer.

Very nice set up, deffinately a deep pocket build- If I remember correctly, I read somewere that the GT motor costs around $45,000 new. Boy I bet you could bought some nice glidden/yates heads for what you paid for those babies :2thumbs
glad to see you put some tape on to protect those fenders.
Keep up the good work, and curiously what are your power predictions?
