Cheap "ford" 160lb injectors?

    sweeett..

    I can handle a possibly rough idle with cheap injectors capable of handling any future power increases I might add :) think I could tweak the idle. It would be fine for me on the street idle with megasquirts controling fuel etc.. ;)

    Thats not a Ford part #,its an engineering #.I will cross it and give you the application tomorrow from work.

    Cheap "ford" 160lb injectors?

    I have the mopar 'brown' ones on my motor (452 BB mopar twin 76s) and they seem to work fine. I can get 14:1 at idle with my sequential wide band FAST system, although they're barelly ticking open (1.4 BPW at idle). Oddly enough i'm having the most problem with the accel metering (wants to cough or flood when snapping throttle).

    Cheap "ford" 160lb injectors?

    Engineering # F5TE-9F593-B5A crosses and then supercedes to
    part # XL3Z-9F593-CA.Motorcraft # is CM4980.
    Application is 97-06 E250 with 5.4 NGV(natural gas vehicle)
    and 02-04 Crown Vic 4.6 NGV.
    Ford list price is 111.18 each,real world wholesale price is around
    75.00 to 80.00 each.

    Cheap "ford" 160lb injectors?

    I can still get em if anyone is interested, Ford has about 4000 in stock $60 a piece / $480 plus $6 shipping for set of 8. Not the deal from yesteryear...
