I got a Cobra bumper and started mocking up turbo locations

I am going to build 2 turbo kits, one kit with the turbos in the grill and one kit with them in the engine compartment.

I have been up in the air about whether or not I was gonna run coil on plug or a dist. I picked a new billet msd dist. on ebay for 57.00 and figured I would try and do a dist. I still have to do a little welding and shorten shaft, but it's almost done. I have mandrel bends coming in a few days and should have some headers built by next weekend.

I have plenty of room with the turbos in the grill, but don't know if there is enough room between the dist. and the radiator to put a turbo.

Started on the turbo kit this afternoon. Hoping to have the turbo kit done by the end of the month.

The dist. hold down plate is aluminum, I plan on welding it to the valve cover. I will take some pics when it is done.

I started on the passenger side tonight. I forgot about the engine offset. It's making fabbing the pass. side a little more difficult, but i got the hardest ones mocked up.

Sorry about your dad. Car looks good though. Why the need for two turbo kits? Are you worried about it running hot with the turbos in the opening?

It's not very streetable with 2 turbos in the grill with no air filters.

I got the passenger side mocked up tonight. I can still remove it without lifting the motor, hopefully it will still come out once the collector is on. It's a little close to the strut, but should be fine.

I got a little more done. I got the up-pipes mocked up. Don't mind the wires on the drivers side, I started moving them tonight.

The turbos are straight, the picture makes them look uneven.
