    I've got a chromoly spohn arm with rod ends (about to swap that out lol) and a moser 12 bolt with a spool and 373s but going with some 3.08s so it won't top out by the 1/8th. :)

    Umi is great stuff. Your doing a th400? I was thinking of going with 342s but I think they won't be enough.

    yes going to run a th400, and i have 3.50's with a locking diff(have to change the spider gears to 31 spline though) hopefully i dont have to change the ring and pinion ,,
    one nice thing about a 9" if you dont like the gears you can just switch the third member, i have a client that did a chevy pick up with 3.07 gears and it move out pretty good

    Ya thats a great thing about the 9" i just got a deal on the Transmission rear and driveshaft for 3000 so i had to jump on it. And the transmission was built by transmission specalities and he told me what was in it so it should hold the power. I really am not too crazy about the 3.08's but hey i guess if i ever want to do 195 i can LOL :)

    even that pick up on the interstate doesnt feel like the gears are to high and it has 3.07 or 3.08 what ever it had form the factory,, we though if we put a 3.42 it would help the th350's last a little longer and help with pulling trailers,,

    to give you an idea of what your car may run for rpm you could do the old cross multiply and divide 3000rpm X
    3.73 3.08 == X=2477rpm just for a ball park

    Just remember to factor in a little slip depending on how loose your torque converter is..

    Took the car out and did a little tuning today got the idle very close to where i want it and a quick fly by video. I need some damn traction! couldnt even get on it more than 21% according to HP Tuners before it started spinning :) lol

    we have a few X275 cars down here with that issue.
    Most of the time was when the front wheels were on the air
    the fix was spliting the down pipe in 2 4" coming out of each side with bull horns

    Ya every outlaw 10.5 turbo and promod car has the bullhorns its pretty wild. Actually there is this part that has a bullhorn that changes direction by speed or time i believe and will change the angle of the horn pushing the front end down. now thats power! haha
