may i ask what your timing curve looks like ( while on the t\b ) and down track ?

Man your truck leaves like a rocket :drool2: I can't get mine to 60ft better then 1.50s

    I run 36 total locked , on the t\b with 10psi I'm at 32 degs and at 20psi boost I'm at 24degs using c16 fuel

    love the vids :2thumbs:

36-37 degrees on the brake at 10-12psi on the 2 step(4200rpms on a 5000rpm converter), drops to 28 just off the brake and drops to 22 degrees by 23psi . e85 , meth injection with 66% meth, 33% water on at 10psi. I have been slowly adding timing to it , once it quits picking up I will leave it alone, but for now, every degree i add in it is still picking up. Im efi so i can leave my timing in on the brake to build boost faster and then dump it once the transbrake is off. It has not been exactly easy to get to 60ft worth a damn.

this weekend will pretty much be the last time I get out this year I think. First project is a trz rack and pinion and then onto getting the 98mm unit in there. Hopefully when I get the s488 sold, i can get a chute going for it. I boxed in the rear section of the frame already and will end up with a flip down license plate so the chute can come on and off. I have a new rear end housing that the tubes are going to get braced up on that will need to go in sometime before next year also.

well the 98mm is on and Im already on version 2.1 on the hot side. I was kinda put in a bind with a race I wanted to go to and cut a few corners and ended up having to redo some of my work. I built the hot side before I had all the components on hand. Long story short, I ran out of room to put the wastegate and did something I didnt know if it was going to work. Well my luck it didnt work and had terrible boost creep. With the boost controller set to make about 7 psi it would make 28+ on the big end. Needless to say I didnt get to run in the shoot out and was kinda bummed, but there is always next year. I have not quiet got the new setup done yet, but should be done soon. I just need to get the wastegate pipe plumbed back into the downpipe.

the truck did run a 8.76@160 getting out of it before the end of the track, leaving on 8psi, 12psi by the 1/8 mile and then the creep set in and would spike up to 27-28 psi about the 1200ft mark or so and the engine would start banging out.

I turned the boost up on 1 pass just to see if the creep would get any worse ,which it did, but it ran the fastest 1/8 mile is ever ran and I let off before the 1/8 mile mark. It ran a 5.62@128mph on the 8.76 run, when i turned the boost up a little, it ran a 5.59@114mph, lost 14 mph so you can tell i let off early . Im excited to get this thing back together and get some passes in a see what this turbo is going to do.
