    I used a sanding tool called a crossbuff, u can get them from summit.

    Yea, thats them, they have them in a rougher grit but they just smooth and polish after you grind and sand.

    Slow... I did a bunch of porting when I was younger, and worked hard to make my porting look as good as it performed. You may know all this already, but my method on aluminum was to primarily use a carbide burr for 99% of the cutting with just a just a quick polish on the exhaust side if any. A light touch, with the grinder at speed, with a burr will make for a smooth finish if that's your goal. Also working the burr in only one direction near the finish shape will help with waves. Every time you pause to switch direction you start a wave. If you don't already have one, invest in an electric die grinder, so much better than air imo.

    Ok guys, 1st trip to track, made 2 hits, 1st pass let off at 6.3sec and coasted through at a [email protected] on street tires, spun most of 1st and part of 2nd then got out of shape on top end, left at 3psi and made 11psi just on wg spring, something out of align on front end too, got a new set of drag radial Pros Also new a arms, shocks and bushings for front end then gonna try again!
