Lookin good! Will you be able to lift and prop the front of the hood or is it just on or off?

How about a contraption at the front where you can open the aero catches and lift off, or pop a different set of catches and the hood pops up on hinges and tilts forward, like a BMW? If you need more ideas on how I can waste your time, just ask!

LOL,I was going to do forward tilt on the hood, but decided that it'd be annoying not being able to stand in front of the car and see/work on it.

You could mimic these coffee table hinges, make the whole hood lift above the roof!

That upper rad hose is killing the beautiful lines you got going under that hood! Lol.
I say come through the hood with the gate dumps with tear drop ends on the tubes

    Brian,
I was just wondering if you have any pics of the header flange after you drilled the holes? I am just wanting to see which holes in that gasket are used. Thanks…

Have this on my phone now. The 2 outermost holes are used as is. Can get something better if needed.

    Thanks,
Great pics! I wonder why they don’t make up and forward headers for sbf in these offshore brands.
Are you going to run an alternator? What is your plan if you are? Just wondering if you will need to go low mount or if you can still mount up top. This car is so freakin cool…..

Just an alternator at first, maybe a VP later. Plan to mount the alt low on the pass side motor plate. Very low,the pulley will be at or below the crank level.

That is another advantage of a motor plate, mount wherever you want.
