    I've been busy.. I'm going to work on it this weekend... Robert from Chiseled Performance is sending me my intercooler, trans cooler, and water tank... I should have the transmission monday or tuesday, and I should have this thing ready to bust off by the beginning of September... There will still be a lot of work to do though...

    nice progress so far. where are you going to mount the (I'm assuming) a/w intercooler and tanks? is the coldside running up under the fender and then back into the passenger compartment-- what are you doing for tire-tube clearance?

    Intercooler is going in the passenger seat.. Water tank is going in the back... As far as tire-tube clearance, I'm going to adjust the coilovers up some, and put some bump stops on it.. If the car comes up hard and comes down hard it could definitely hit.. I figure with the limiters up front, and wheelie bars out back it shouldn't come up too hard...

    Hey Mean,

    Your aluminum welds look really good. May I ask if you've given some thought as to where you are going to place your O2 sensor? Keep up the good work.....

    Workin on the wiring for now. Then I'm going to be doing the fuel system. I'm thinking I may be able to bust this thing off by Oct. 1.. (I didn't say what year.) LMAO

    Dave, I think I'm putting it in the passenger down pipe close to the fender... I think it'll work good there.

    A Big Chief turbo build, holy shit! Every part on this car looks like it could not possibly be made better no matter how much money you through at it. Completely insane build and the hotside is a work of art. That inlet merge and flange makes me funny in a special spot.

    Thanks!!!! The valve covers are actually powder coated candy blue... My old ones were candy red... They definitely set the engine compartment off. ;)

    He did a great job on those valve covers. How did he get the lettering that perfect? Did he laser cut stickers out of some high temp tape?
