    Yeah, 3"...

Got the turbo mounted, but I'm adding two diagonal braces still. Also finished the drivers header...

    That looks great.

I am in the process of accumulating the parts needed for my 106mm om my 79 Trans Am with a Pontiac 535ci engine. I am going to have ALOT of knuckle busting on the headers, probably a little more than you because my motor actually is even closer and lower to the control arms compared to the Big Block you have. But it is good to have a visual on the possibilities.
My mount will be in front of the wheel well behind the passenger headlight.

What T6 flange bracket is that? Did you fab or buy it?
    Thanks, Rob

When you start building post up. It sounds like an interesting build. I hope the pictures of my crud help you out. :)

That t6 flange is from SPD exhaust. It's in their catalog.

Finally got a chance to work on the car pretty much all day, aside from eating lunch with mom.. lol.. Got a bunch done today. It's looking KILLER... :welder: I'm going to add two more vband clamps to the crossover, but I just didn't have any right now.

I sure am glad that my wife is a turbo expert!!!! :chacha:

Brant, great job man, i followed your SBC build... saw you on Passtime... very cool man, then i saw that you were selling it all...I was wondering what you were gonna do next... great choice man... i have a 72 with a small block on nitrous, just a little 10 sec street car, but now i am getting the turbo bug... I know you built your headers, but if i wanted to skip that part, is there a place you know of that sells some "good turbo headers" thanks...

Just wanted to give you some props and say thanks for posting up all your stuff... it really helps to see it during the build process... good luck & can't wait to see more...

So where does that dump to from there?

As there does not seem to be alot of room between the Engine Plate & Steering rack!

Each pipe will go under the header collector, then over the control arms, and dump out a hole cut in the rear of the fenders... :)
