Yes, they sell square dies of various sizes as well. It's pretty solid, they have a YouTube video where they bend solid 2" 6060 rod, it seems to be capable of whatever. Most of my work is in 1 1/2 and 1 5/8, but i have been eyeballing the 2" dies for an upcoming project

How much total with a set of dies? Is this a diy kit or ready to bend?

That has to be the most fab tools per square foot that I have ever seen. Your work looks good to me but I am just learning so all I can give you is a thumbs up.

If you are thinking about turning your skills into a business. Keep a daily work log / journal of what you did, what worked well, what you would do differently next time. I think it would help with estimating jobs.

They have fully welded and assembled tools, or DIY kits. The DIY kits save some money and you can weld so it seems straight forward. I just rattle canned mine with some hammer tone and it has held up fine. Prices have gone up some... depends on the choices you make: https://www.roguefab.com/product/tubing-bender-model-600-1-die/

I also like that they have upgrade packages. For instance I have considered getting their mandrel kit and starting to make header tubing kits. They sell rebuild kits, digital readout kits, and dies individually.

Actually, come to think of it you have all the tools to build your own bender... The CNC plasma table makes it pretty simple. all the rogue kit contains is a series of plates, some structural C and a few pieces of 3/8 that has been run through a brake but you could set that up on CNC and use a hammer to do the bends. Do you have a program like solidworks to do the design and mechanics in? You could do it with pen and paper too. Design the kit to use their dies and you are off. Unfortunately the dies are the most expensive part.

I'm not as familiar with it, but you should be able to work out all the geometry. You just have to decide whether your time to design or the money is more valuable

What age did you start welding? I have let my 7 year old Daughter run some beads on the MIG, she needs more practice :)
