Yeah not sure I'll run it at the drags some time and I could estimate based on the trap speed but I've seen a diff stock 5.9 with this turbo and 12psi I believe it made 460ish

    At 9psi I mean I'd be happy with 400

When I replaced the clamps on the hot side one wasn't leaking so I left it. Now it's leaking like a bitch all of a sudden

i just fixed it a few mins ago. it was actually not the clamp the weld blew out lol.

i rewelded it and put a new clamp on and its better

    endless problems lolol

I raced a Harley last night and pulled about a truck length on him up to about 90mph

    I looked up the Harley's 1/4 and it said mid/low 13s at around 105-107

So truck went from 15.5@86 to low 13s-ish at 9psi

Fixed it again.... Had to remove manifold.

Weld blew out a little on side facing the block

The other manifold stud in the center broke off in the head... Lol I should've removed it when I had the chance instead of reusing it.... Lol

I put some exhaust gasket maker around a stock manifold gasket and it's holding lol

I also warped the shit out of the vband flange welding it like a mfer

I put some gasket making on the vband male/female surface

No leaks! But for how long.

I think the weld blew out both spots at the same time. I just didn't see it cause it was up against the blovk and I never took it off the first time

    Exhaust leaks suck

Exhaust leaks do suck, they make you feel like a hack... and all my cars have them right now. You might have better luck brazing the manifolds. Those castings can be real tough to weld, there tends to be a lot of junk in them, and if they are cast iron you have to really work hard to get mig to stick (pre-heat and slow cool, as in wrap them in fiberglass home insulation and let them cool overnight). If they are cast steel you can try something like a 309lsi wire, sometimes the extra wetting can help.

    I'm kinda hack tho lol

I used a flux core welder.

The cast actually welds pretty nice I think I was just too cold on this part when I welded it

It likes good heat and letting the weld melt into the stainless. I weld on the cast and let it melt into the stainless

    Replaced the front shocks

They were getting weak and also not the right length for lowered 2"

They were partially compressed just sitting normally.

These other ones seem a lot better I'll drive it over some bumps that makes it rub soon enough

It's a lot better but still rubs on nasty bumps.

    Oh well it's lowered.... Lol

this truck rides a lot better with the correct shocks and everything rebuilt.... but its still old and lowered...

it would be nice to have a newer hot rod truck like a newer chevy or hemi truck

Your bushings look pretty well shot, that might be a good place to start on the ride and handling quality. You could Crown Vic the front of it, and bag the rear. It can ride well, better than a new one. You just have to put in the work.

    Went to the drags tonight.

Ran [email protected] really hard to get traction best 60 was 2.34

Need slicks to launch it even without brake boosting off the line.

If I roll into it it still spins then spins hitting 2nd

    I'm just glad it survived

    Went from trapping 86 stock to 106mph @ 10psi 18deg adv

Based on trap speed of 106 and weight of 4500 which I just guesstimated based on me and the curb weight calculation says 418hp

This thing is a torque monster though it's gotta be over 500 when it upshifts it just takes off you can feel it pull harder

Sounds like around 400 I'm pretty happy with it
