1999 Ford F150 V6 Turbo

    You can barely see whats going on behind the grill here. I will be painting the intercooler black and swapping those red silicone couplers with black in the future.

    It lives!!!!!!!! Open turbo, and a few things left to button up. I don't even have coolant in this damn thing. But I really needed to hear this thing to give me some hope.

    And yes, that IS a little strut at the end.

    Bam! Now I have a down pipe! I still have to connect the wastegate to the downpipe and finish the rest of the exhaust. I am not sure If I will use the stock muffler and exhaust or straight pipe it. 25289186_1467498703369939_4180613903654429468_n.jpg #ad

    A few shots of the downpipe and the middle section of the exhaust. There is definitely more to go, I'm just waiting on more pipe, a few v-bands and a flex joint.

    Pulled the inner fender cover to make the wastegate to downpipe fabrication easier. This is the best view of the new setup yet!

    Made a quick support bracket for the downpipe. Not the prettiest bracket I've made, but it can't be seen, so meh.
