Tonight I have mounted my Taylor batterybox...
Looks good and nice quality... Just the cables left to do!

Started to drill and mount the bottom of the box! One f**ing bolt ended up behind the fuel filter so I had to remove it so I could get to the bolt :bang:

Put in the battery so I could get a pic, I'm going to make some sort of wood plate or something under the battery.

And this is the box fully installed! I'm happy with the result :chacha:

    • Some work was done today... Routed the batterycable to the coupé and test fitted my scottrod plate...

Found a grommet in front of the driver door that was perfect!

Looks good with the battery out of the engine bay!

The coldside tubing is going thru the alu plate and in the innerfender to the intercooler... It's going to be sweet and discrete!

is it the kickout on the oil pan causing you problems with the clutch cable? can you explain how you measured for pushrod length? im loving this build... its so pretty and clean

Yes it is... But I have to check with the bellhousing on the engine to be sure!
I will update here about the result..

About the pushrod... I have read that stock lenght should be just right so I dropped one in, on with the roller rocker and rotate the engine one full turn.
The wearing pattern should be in the middle of the valve shaft (look at added pic)
Stock lenght worked for me but maybe not for you...
