    sorry to hear about the big "D" am still considering turboing a similar boat, but if the drive cant handle the power I may sell it , while im ahead

    I really think to outdrive failure was my fault!!!
    I didn't check to upper case oil ,lower was check
    I messed up ,it was almost out and that's why the bearing failed...
    I lookn around now for a used omc upper .
    I wouldn't get discourage .Im still really hyped about it forsure .
    im not going to be drag racing the boat everything will be from a cruise forsure not to put unneeded stress on drive line..
    it was such a great feeling I was amazed at 10# of boost the boat will prob do 60-65 mph when propped right.
    actually lookn for a 21-19 ratio upper
    the 3.0l have a 21-21 ratio so they have bottom end
    the 4.3 have a 21-19
    the v8s have 21-18 ratio...

    I got a great deal on an upper drive 175 shipped
    I gettn all the parts together now for reinstall
    also bought a meth alky kit im about 90% done with
    moving forward guys

    im rerouting the exhaust im umping it out the side of the boat now lol

    shane they call it captians call lol
    ill post pics in a bit
    going to dump through the side of the boat should be badass
    going to route 1 hose in the side
    downpipe now for some cooling
    the rest of cooling water lines will route out the exsisting flapper outdrive exit

    looking good ,, I ,like you how you made the adapter to run water out the factory exhaust ,, should simplify things and should really be able to hear the whistle,, have you considered going with a bigger turbo to move power to the top end??

    yea side exhaust is really big and I want to hear this turbo come on...
    I think ill stay with this turbo and be easy with the boost
    I don't want to break to motor yet lol
