if it has a chassis you could chop the rear of and mount a pickup bed on it move the rearwindow to the frontseats and close up the rest to the floor

I got the stock computer harness out of the truck.... talk about a dirty job! 22 years of grease and oil and dirt! I only had to cut 3 wires amazingly enough! should be fun trying to figure what needs to come out of the harness and what needs to stay!

it wouldnt have been that bad if you would have labeled the onnectors before you took the harness off the truck. its not too late to plug them back in...

I am using a mega squirt so I dont need most of the harness... It has stuff for heater control and transmission stuff too, but most of it will be gone. The worst part is going to be getting all the 20 year old electrical tape off of it! Hopefully I will have the harness ready to go back in tomorrow! And hopefully running on the MS2 Saturday!

read a while back that they adapted the megasquirtb to handle the trans too
maibe youre able to repin most of the original harness to work on the megasquirt and only add a few more wires where needed

They were in beta - I haven't checked in on it in a while. Also there was a thread showing folks controlling 4l80e trans with the tbi truck pcm -

Also, if you have issues finding the wires give me a shout. I can look at my truck. I did not remove any works during my ls swap.

There are 2 projects - GPIO Trans controller (pretty well complete) and the MS2 trans controller (alpha or beta, I dunno). Either way, its a 2nd MS2 to control the Trans (although they can talk to each other via CAN).
