So after 3.5 years of neglect... The engine is in the car. Still have a lot of work to do, but I think I will have time to actually make steady...

I went from a 0.81 to 0.68 A/R and I went from 8 PSI at 3100 RPMs to 8 PSI at 2800 RPMs. Identical tune on each run.

I do not have any meaningful comparison numbers other than what I posted above.
Nice ride. I cannot imagine that kind of power. So this is a 100% drag car I would guess. In that case I would agree, that 2:1 Turbine/Intake PR...
Supra I take it? What RWHP?
It was 283 RPMs later with the 0.81 vs the 0.68. So maybe it is really 500 not 600 RPMs different going from 0.68 to 0.96. Call it 550 +/- 100...
I believe Keith owned the company when I was waiting for my kit (Feb-June 04), however, I mostly talked with Dalton.
As a general rule, your turbine is too restrictive if it is causing you to produce in the ballpark of 3 PSI of back pressure per PSI of manifold...
I was only getting a little over 2:1 max pre-turbine to intake pressure ratio on my last setup with the 0.68 A/R p-trim. This was from a 13-14 PSI...
I love my PTK kit. It did take 12 weeks to arrive, which was 2x the initial estimate.
The 0.68A/R will spool roughly 600 rpms sooner than the 0.96. This will make the 0.68 much more fun on the street; however, if you are looking...
So how did it do? Did you make it past the first-drive blown-headgasket that seems to happen to about 1/3 the people around here?
