Finished my 500awhp eclipse and while it's fun, it's no v8 and still feels a little slow to me.

So I'm planning on a 700whp set up in case 600whp is still slow.

I'll be on a budget build so cheapest is best.

    I'm thinking
    351w with
Mls and head studs. If I don't need Mls even better
Forge piston if the stockers really can't handle it.
    Stock heads

Blowthrough carb is what I'm leaning towards . But might still go efi

Fuel =91 but I have no problem using e85 if needed. My eclipse is a daily on e85.

    Why the hy35?

At 200-250 a piece that's a bargain. I'm using one in my eclipse and makes 500 at 30psi

Do you guys think my goal is achievable with the twin hy? Not looking to boost past 20if possible.

They are 57lb per min turbos. They should be able to support it no problem. I believe they are 9cm housings.

    ((CM x 8) - 7) / 100 = a/r ratio

    some
    conversions below.

    6 cm2 = 0.41 A/R
    7 cm2 = 0.49 A/R
    8 cm2 = 0.57 A/R
    9 cm2 = 0.65 A/R
    10 cm2 = 0.73 A/R
    11 cm2 = 0.81 A/R
    12 cm2 = 0.89 A/R
    14 cm2 = 1.05 A/R
    16 cm2 = 1.21 A/R
    18 cm2 = 1.37 A/R
    21 cm2 = 1.61 A/R

20psi is a lot for a stock bottom end.

I have pushed a stock 351 to 650-700 Crank not wheel... The turbos will fit the bill.

Thanks for the info. I know what they flow but once it becomes two I don't know how to calculate the stuff.

Psi is a measure of the engines ability to flow so it's really irrelevant but I wanted to just to it out there. It's not a goal by any means. But I do have an ideal conditions.
