I know I want to use the MLS gaskets but here is my dilema. Motor is 454 .030. that is 4.280 bore. How much bigger on the bore do I go for the gasket? Motor was said to be 10.4 compression with old gaskets. I sort of remember measuring the thickness at .51 or .54 but the genius that I am tossed the old gaskets before measuring the bore :swear:
I don't care if it is 10.4 or not, less may be better.

I would like to order these today so I can have the motor together by next weekend

    Kind of lost right now..help
