Do clutchless transmissions like Lenco/Jeffco avoid turbo blowoff during shifts?

As the gas pedal remains depressed during shifts do these transmissions avoid blowoff?
Thus potentially offering faster runs as the excess pressure was not blown off?

The transmission doesn't determine when the bov(blow off valve) opens, when the pressure before the throttle body is greater than the pressure after the throttle body is when the bov should open. It is when the throttle is closed is when the bov will open. It doesn't matter if it is a manual trans, automatic, or clutchless.
