What can you tell from this camshaft information, this is all I can find in the book.

    Intake
    Open at BTDC 29
    Close at ATDC 65

    Exhaust
    Open at BBDC 66
    Close at ATDC 29

Then it lists cam lift, inlet and outlet valve at 6.67mm
    Inlet valve is 41.8mm
    Exhaust valve is 36.5mm

Is there enough information to work out what type of camshaft profile this is?

You know lift, duration, overlap, LSA off of the numbers posted. You wont know ramp rates, or duration at a given lift, but if you know the bore and stroke of the engine you can get a pretty good idea of how it will behave.

Ok, is there any easy to use free software that I can plug this information into?

Using this calculator (I am assuming the intake closure is ABDC not ATDC) (http://www.wallaceracing.com/camcalc.php)

    Intake Duration is 274.00 degrees.
    Exhaust Duration is 275.00 degrees.
Installed Intake Centerline is 108.00 degrees ATDC.
Installed Exhaust Centerline is 108.50 degrees BTDC.
    LSA is 108.3 degrees
    Overlap is 58.00 degrees

Just need to know rocker arm ratio to find actual lift at the valve.
