What size waste gate? 5.3 LS S475 What size injectors??

    Getting ready to build a 79 Malibu 5.3 S475 4L80E

    Looking for suggestions on what size WG to use (thinking about a JGS 50mm), and what size injectors. I have thought about using 80's but I'm concerned about drivability, would 60's be better and just spray some meth at it @ wot??

    What do you guys think?

    One 50 JGS will be plenty....should be able to regulate down to 4-5PSI.

    I would go with the 80's. Usually you won't see an issue until you go about 120lb/hr.

    Have you considered running E85?

    I would love to run E85 but it's hard to come buy around here.

    A LOT of people run SD80's and I hear of VERY FEW complaints...

    I have them in a 5.3 and will likely be using them in a future 6.0 build.
