I've been doing tons of online reading in regards to turbo piping and wastegate locations and I would like to get some opinions on how well the setup I've decided to build would work. Here's a rundown on what I'm building. The engines a Gen 1 383 full roller stroker efi motor with ported RHS heads and mowtown efi intake. The headers I'm going to build are 1-1/2" sch 10 sst pipe and long radiuselbows with a 4-1 pipe merge into 2" sch 10 pipe for the merge. The biggest question I have is the 44mm Tial 44mm MV-R wastegate going to be large enough for the BW S475 turbo I have? And how well wound the the wasetgate work attached to the t6 merge using being cut in using a 1-1/2" long radius buttweld 90 (see attached drawing)?

Why only run 1 wastegate? Just get another and run one on each bank.
