Sand car, used 6-8 times per year for maybe 10 hours each time..

94 Bottom, 97 obd2 marine mpi intake and throttle body, arp head studs all stock. 75k on bottom, heads and intake new... Getting 200 whp....200 torque...

I'm looking for 350-450 whp low boost 6-8 lbs 2 into one air to air intercooler with fans...

In a sand car you want low end torque and quick spool.

I have no idea about ar on either side...

Can anybody make suggestions on a reliable sized twin setup? Semi affordable reliable brand?

    Current car setup in pictures..

    Thanks in advanced..

For that kind of power you're going to want a 4.3L that's near 300HP N/A. If I was going to recommend a turbo I'd start out with the S200 52mm and a .48 T3 turbine.

My advice would be plan to go to a pressure ratio nearer 2.0 in order to get where you want to be. If you're seeing 60-80 hours a year pony up for some 100 octane, C16 or E85. Otherwise plan on throwing a cam and some more RPM into the mix.

Yes I plan on a turbo cam swap for sure. Before it ever fires with turbo. Was your suggestion for twins the S200? Actually...if it dynos lower I don't care...twins of any kind is going to live it up...

I have to agree with this.

    I have done a 4.3 also. It was 200whp n/a. With a GN turbo t3/t4 deal. I think a 49m compressor and a .63 t3 housing it made
    330ish whp on 15 psi with e85.

You will need to be specific in ex housing sizing if you want it to spool good.
And I dont believe you will get 400whp on 6-8 psi. Dont matter though. Turn it up until it makes the power you want.
