Took awhile but I got my car running well enough to get it to the dyno. Did pretty good for the first real power pulls. Need more tuning time with it on the track (for some longer pulls)

    Here's the video - &feature=channel[/url]

Ended the night with 703 RWHP, and 723 RWTQ at 15 lbs. Just right for the little 235/60/15 DR's :stupid: :chacha:

396, un-touched TW street/strip heads, Cam Motion solid roller, Edelbrock super victor, Glide, 3.08's, BW S400 75 mm (the cheap one), no intercooler, AIS dual nozzle stage 1 kit (only one nozzle on the dyno), JGS wastegate and BOV, MegaSquirt 1 V3, etc...

If you guys have any questions, just ask.

What size injectors. also what ignition are you running. I have a 351 windsor and a megasquirt and was thinking of a similar set up.

I have a 10 gallon cell in the trunk, -10 feed, -8 return, everything MagnaFuel, filters, ProTuner 750 pump, 96 lbs Deka's, Edelbrock rails that fit their supervictor intake, etc...

I use the Summit racing (Mallory) Pro CD ignition with 3 adjustable rev limits. It's a great unit for the price, just please for the love of god, don't go with MSD... :bah: ;) I do have the MSD blue HVC II coil, and it has been fine.

Great numbers Nate! I'm looking for around the same CHP level as you, just putting it through a Tremec :bang: Not sure why I do this to myself but fuck it!

What compression are you running? lol, you'll be ice skating for sure on those tires!!

I believe it is right around 8.5. I had the car set-up pretty good on the 302/67 mm turbo/235's, but now I have about 180 more horse, and 250 more torque, so I don't know what it's going to do. There will be a video camera on when it does it though... :chacha: :drive:

Good news, pretty much indentical setup then. Yeah at first I was thinking, why would he have trouble on 325 tires lol, then I saw the dyno vid expecting a tubbed car and realized no way were those 325's haha. Great job and have fun with the car bro

How come you were only running one nozzle? Did you happen to record air temps?

Starting off slowly with it, and it was doing the job. The dyno passes we so short, I want to tune in the second nozzle at the strip.

Here's a crappy in-car video from today. Just shake'n it down. I had to lift at the 1/8 because I only have a roll bar and no NHRA lic.... :bang:

Thats cool, Im turning up the boost on mine next time out. I heard you meant a good friend of mine. Tim from Dallas Oregon. He was there sunday helping with a 67 mustang coupe. He was very impressed with your car. Sounded like there were lots of cool fords there, I think if I ever move from north Idaho I would move that direction, longer racing season, and bitchin cars. Anyway well done.
