Twin turbo 6.0 only builds 1lb of boost

    I have a 6.0 ls with a summit stage 2 turbo cam and a summit single plane intake and twin gt45 Chinese turbos. I’ve using a holley terminator x system and can not get these to build boost. I built a pressure testing system and there are some minor leaks that I’ve fixed and have had my boost gauge up to 5 psi any help would be appreciated

    Make sure the fire rings are installed in the wastegates.

    took the waste gates off because one was leaking and the fire rings are there I’m stumped

    This is driving I’ve tried brake boosting the thing and everything they sound like they’re spooling but only 1 lb
