I apoligize in advance but i am looking for a decent guess on what this combo might make. I hear its comon but have not found hp numbers to go with this combo.
    540 9:1 Dart Block
Dart 360 heads out of box
    Roller cam 260 @ .050 .740 lift 112 lsa
    Dominator blow thru e85 carb
    Twin s475 1.32 t6 BW turbos
    No intercooler
These are parts i have and would like to assemble if worth it. Thanks in advance.

With a 9.2:1 355 and a single 1.32 S475 @18psi I made 639.7 rwhp. What you are talking about would be well beyond that. I'd guess 1500 or better if you plan on leaning on it.

Thank you, this turbo stuff is new to me and i dont know what i am facing. How much boost can something handle is another question.

with 270cid to each turbo not sure how it will spool with the 1.32 t6 96/88 turbines,, maybe someone with a similar combo will chime in

    270 high flowing CID ;)

The S475 seems to peter out around 18-20 psi, or mine did anyway, some other guys have had the same experience. Your combo will affect it, but that looks like a solid parts list to me. Is it strictly a drag car, or street/strip car.

Hoping for street/strip. Any guess on horsepower. I know there is a million variables that affect this, i am just looking for a solid guess, if that makes sense.

Way more than you could ever put down on the street. I don't dare give an estimate, but the S475 can flow 1068lb/min of air each. Theoretically those turbos can make about 1k hp each.

All of it. That combination sounds like it should be good for all of the horsepower. Holy shit.

When you say 270 ci to each turbo, is that ok, is it low? I wanted something solid, that will give me 1300 or so horsepower. I chose not to run an intercooler just because of space, is that ok? Thank you for the commets.

You can run without an intercooler if you use e-85 or if you keep the boost level low, or if you use chemical intercooling (water/meth injection).

I cannot see you making anywhere close to 1300 HP on low boost, so look at E-85 in my opinion.

So what will need to be corrected to get to that 1300 mark.

All depends on what it makes n/a... 550hp n/a plus about 20psi should get you in the ballpark of 1300 fwhp. Its going to take quite the carb, and fuel system on e85.

Higher boost than you can get away with without an intercooler if not using e-85 .

Do you want to run e-85? if so that may be a good way to go non intercooled.

Yeah i am going for the e85 but you think 1300 will be a strugle? Would i need more turbo?

2 s475 compressors will support 1800hp at 20 psi, so plenty of compressor, you just need to decide what turbine works best for your setup. I'm sure you can spool the 96mm, but the 83, 87, or 92 may work better if looking to keep rpm in check. Your combo isn't real common here, so many don't have any real world experience to share, call Jose at forced inductions, he's a BW dealer, and knows his stuff.

Keep in mind that wile it may be lazy to spool it is 540 cube and has 4.25 stroke it's not going to be doggy and the 360 heads are huge we aren't talking about a 4 cylinder. It won't be shy on tork and wile I think the 87 mm turbine would be plenty for 600-700 hp each I didn't think it is going to be an issue. It's going to be a hand full is what it is .

i had a shitty stock 170 hp (NA) 305 spooling (10-15 lbs) a 87 mm 1.10 T6 S475 by about 3800 RPM....That 540 WILL spool those turbos if you plan on spinning it at all....and judging by your cam specs you do...
