whats the difference between these turbos

    the new nmca drag radial class turbo rules
    85 mm @ 3225 lbs
    garrett gt47/88 ,turbonectics hp/88, or precision hp/8847h @ 3175 lbs
    or gt 55-88,pro mod, or exile 88 @ 3450 lbs
    why does the 85 mm have to weigh more then the gt 47/88 isnt it smaller
