I have a handful of Borg Warner/Schwitzer S300 series turbos I’ve accumulated. To start I’ll be listing the matched pairs first so that the buyer can pick which turbine A/R they want. All of the turbos have been cleaned, inspected, repaired as needed, and painted with high temp paint. Mechanically these are all new or very nearly so.

To help people with sizing I’ve included the max power capability of each based off of the max flow at the 65% efficiency island as read off of the compressor map (assumes 11.5 A/F and 0.55 BSFC).

These are the matched pairs. Both sets are sized well for a 350-460ci engine that is in the 400-600HP range NA. I have one pair of 0.83 A/R, lots of 1.00 A/R, and one pair of 1.10 A/R turbine housings available to choose from. It’s first come first serve picking which turbine A/R you want.

• 59mm compressor (80mm exducer) 0.55 A/R , 67.5mm turbine (76mm inducer). 1054HP @ 15psi, 1230HP at 30psi. Sold

I've had a few PMs asking more about sizing so here is a bit of a comparison with something people are more familiar with. Using the same assumptions (0.55 BSFC, 11.5 A/F) the ever so popular S480 often used as a single supports about 882HP at a 2.0 pressure ratio and 1033Hp at a 3.0 pressure ratio. You can see that both the 59mm and 60mm twins are capable of 15-20% more than the S480.

The 0.83 A/R turbine flows about 10% more than the 96mm 1.32 A/R T6 turbine that is common on the S480. The 1.00 A/R and 1.10 A/R flow 15-20% more than the S480.

These turbos are capable of some pretty big HP numbers for someone who wants to do twins. At $650 for a pair they're an absolute steal. Plus they're a brand name rather than a Chinese knock-off.
