Turbonetics 76mm Midframe BB turbo

    Does anyone have any specs as far as sizes go?? I know the sizes on the wheels, I am wondering how large the compressor housing is and the turbine housing over all size. I am planning on running the HPC 76mm midframe with a 1.00A/R housing.

    Isn't the Y2K a different turbo all together?? The Midframe only has a 4 inch V band, where as the Y2K has the 5 inch, or are they pretty close in overall size?

    They are probably going to be fairly close in size. The Y2k is also a mid frame turbo. Give them a ring, probably the best way to get an exact answer.

    Does anyone run this turbo?? If so what kind of numbers do you put down.

    A guy I know was running a similar if not the same turbo, and put down 660rwhp at 15psi on a LS1 w/ afr heads, used nitrous cam, and a/a intercooler ebay cxracing, water meth, efi live. 55lb injectors at about max.

    turbonetics , It's got a 75mm turbine
    Very close to precision 75 mm stuff
    But!
    Precision largest ar is 96 turbine housings...
    Turbonetics has larger, up to 1.26

    Also, turbonetics have a mid frame / y2k comp cover.
    I personally think that alone with process more air..
