3v mustang no boost

    Ok so pretty new to turbo stuff. I have a 3v mustang built motor 76mm intercooled turbo Car ran fine for month or so now it’s not building boost. Sat for few weeks then did fine for couple of days and then again no boost boost gauge goes to -10 and that’s it. Car doesn’t seem to be skipping or anything of the nature just no power Drove car to work this morning ran fine for 8 miles and then no boost. Could this be wastegate failure

    Weather or not the wastegate is working, if you go WOT, vacuum should at least go to zero if your gauges is plumbed after the the throttle blades. Makes me think something else is going on.
