Turbo manifold fabrication sleeve/collar

    Have a buddy that's fabing some manifolds and he says they have some collars 1'5/8 that slip in between the cuts so you can tack weld it together, but he can't seem to remember what they are called and I can't seem to find them. Anyone have any idea?
