Wastegate actuator spring noise; is this normal?

    Hi everyone. I just installed the wastegate actuator onto my turbo, and decided to just put some compressed air through it to see if it works. It looks like it does open, but I noticed the spring makes kind of a clicking noise. I'll attach a video of what I'm hearing, hopefully its able to be heard. Is this normal, or do I have something set up wrong?
