How does these valve events look for a turbo cam:
    adv. dur 289in/297ex hyd roller
    dur @.050 234in/242ex
    lobe lift .3823in/.3823ex
    110lsa, 106icl timing events @ .050 ivo=11* ivc=43* evo=55* evc=7*
    .573/.573 lift

This would be going in a tt 400ci sbc, twin 66mm, vic jr manifold, e85 blowthrough, th400 3.50 gear with 4k stall in a 3390lb thirdgen camaro. Not looking to set the world on fire, just have this bullet racing cam laying around for a couple yrs that i didnt use.

Blowthrough setups seem to respond better to a slightly tighter lsa than the conventional 114+ lsa thats commonly associated with turbo cams. Ive been seeing through research that some overlap is actually good and worth some power with an efficient turbo setup and minimal backpressure. Most turbo cams in a well though out setup resembles an NA cam nowadays....but im far from being the expert on the turbo cam subject

Overlap amount is depends on what size exhaust combination the turbo has. More restricted exhaust side (causing high back pressure) will need less overlap. And the opposite for less backpressure.

It is an N/A grind for sure. What are you goals?

My goals arent too lofty, some 9s up here at our 5480ft altitude track in denver and i'd be content. I was running 10.50s at 130mph in my old 355 with a tiny 221/230 114lsa crower hyd roller at 10psi....lot more was left in it. I was using the same turbos, manifold, carb that will be used on the 400ci now, the exhaust wheels are lil bit bigger than a ptrim wheel in dimension with a 1.00ar

Also, what 66's? With plenty of turbine I like the narrower lsa, but not a fan of the overlap, and the big duration split.

    blown385 ran a 234/235 112 in his 383 spec'd by cam motion with a bw 480 96mm turbine.
    8* split on 400ci w/ two P trims.....

worst case you have to pull the cam and sell it.

Heads are gonna be 210cc, 2.05/1.60 valves. The turbos will be BW s366s, .91ar....heres all the info on the cam card:
    dur @ .050 234in/242ex
    lobe lift .3823in/.3823ex, 110lsa
    timing events @ .050 IVO 11*/IVC 43* EVO 55*/EVC 7*
    dur @ .006 289in/297ex
    gross valve lift .573/.573

Only 18* of overlap with this cam...not the end of the world i dont think

Did you already buy it? I wouldn't run that much duration on a 110 LSA with that combo. If you could maintain 1:1 back pressure wise I think you'd be ok... but with 400 cubes that may not happen. When you tighten up the LSA (as you should IMO) you don't need near the duration. I'd rather see a 224/224 @ 110 with .600" ish' lift or so. It will sound plenty mean and be more than enough cam to get you to the 9's.

I already have this cam, been sitting in a cupboard in the garage for about 3yrs now. I had it in a 355 before and it wasnt all that rowdy, had a little lope but nothing outrageous. I think 400ci will tame it even more, im gonna run it and hell, it might just run way better than i could ever imagine
