I have a 2014 3.7 mustang with a single hellion turbo kit and a 6765 turbo im having all kinds of trouble getting my car to have more drivability in is good in WOT but in town it bucks a lot and my gas milage is down to 13 mpg. Im new at the turbo setup a friend told me to move my map sensor from on top of my intercooler to the tube that goes into the manifold and then have another tune made for it doed this sound accurate or are there other options.
Also does anyone know of any real good tuners in northern il I need help this is my DD car.
    Thank You

Your MAP(Manifold Air Pressure) sensor needs to get its signal from the intake manifold (after the throttle body) other wise your ECU will only see 0 vacuum or boost. Move the signal line first and I bet the car will be driveable, then find a real tuner even if you need to travel a couple hundred miles. If the same guy that tuned the car doesn't know to go over a set up and verify everything is correct, find a new tuner.

I do not know any good tuners in Il. What I would do is google "tuners chicago chassis dyno" and go from there. But move the MAP signal source to after the throttle body and report back...

Since Modular Depot out there is out of business, DynoTune comes to mind, welcome known SCT dealer though Mike handles most of the brands. http://www.dynotunemp.com/

I'll be honest mike post tuned my car and installed the turbo and I really did not like the way he did things or how the car drove. He constantly called complaining that there were no directions for b&g turbo kit. The braided lines he installed were short, he ran braided fuel lines to close to the down pipe. After they car was tuned we went for a ride and every so often the car had an ignition spike of some sort that he had no clue what was causing it. Also when went on a test drive he would hit the gas and say look the tires burn in 5th gear when it was really my clutch slipping. All I'm saying is you may want to do some more looking this is my experience with dynotunemp

Dont know if Sound Performance does Ford but they are in elk grove village. Couldnt hurt to look em up. AMS Performance is also up here. Try thechicagogarage.com they merged with chicagosvt and someone there may be able to help.

Yeah it was not good especially when I paid 7 grand I hear straits line performance is decent. I just feel with the money I spent at dynotune mp that the install would have been more professional and that I would not get calls daily about bitching that the kit would not fit and Brian at B&G had to call him to walk him through the install

I don't know the specifics of your situation, but to be fair about the install part I don't know any tuner who likes installing other people's kits unless they've done enough of them to be familiar with them. Had he done any B&G kits previously? It's why many shops won't install anything you bought somewhere else.
