LM-1 error 9

    Not sure if this is the right forum or not. But my LM-1 is isnt recording. Its only 20% full. It has 1 run saved on it but has a "low voltage, error 9" . First, Im not sure why its not recoding anything, and second I checked the power souce and its at 13.5 volts with the car running, I tried disconnecting the power and using the 9v battery, and still getting the same error and still not reecording anything. Figured I would check here before I call Innovate if anyone has experienced this before.
