spindle mounted wheel on sn95?

    Is there a way to run spindle mounted wheels on an sn95 1997 mustang? Also will I be NHRA legal if I weld a strut mounting tab to my roll cage and ditch my shock towers? Other than that what is the most affordable option on a spindle strut set up? I am trying to tuck my front wheels and loose some weight.
