    Physically it definitely works but a few hundred rpm quicker spool for $500 doesn't seem worth it.

    Yea, just thought I would see what you all have to say. And spooling 500rpm sooner means launching harder and that would also help with midrange and boost loss in manual transmissions. I'd be willing to invest in this if I were to have a single large turbo.
