    Hello,
New B on the site. I have been lurking for years now.

Im currently converting a Buick GN stainless aftermarket header from a 3 bolt flange to a T 4 4 bolt flange so i can install a GT42-76. Just wondering what size tube goes inside a T4 flange. Of course after the tube is "squared "off?

    Is it a 2.75 or 3 in.?

    Thanks

I've squared off 3in to perfectly fit a To4 flange, but it was slightly bowed in towards the flange opening. (slightly, nothing drastic)

2.75 may remain straight (and not bowed in) after forming it into a square for that flange, but I have not tried it myself so I can't be sure.
